Project implementation terms depend on the area and number of premises.

The project uses only real furniture, lighting devices, and finishing materials available to the customer.

At the the stage of concept development, the cost of furniture, lamps and finishing materials will be indicated, with the exception of those that are made to order (for example, a kitchen set).
Stages of work on the project

Design Task
The customer fills out the design task form. The customer makes an advance payment to the account or in cash.

Layout Plans
Creation of a dimensional plan, according to the dimensions provided by the customer.* Creation of planning options with the placement of furniture and plumbing equipment, in accordance with the design task.
3
Creating a Concept
Selection of real furniture, lamps, decor items, finishing materials. Creating a 3D visualization**
4
Working Drawings
Development of working drawings, according to the agreed concept.
5
Project coordination
Making changes to the project if necessary.
Answers to questions about the project
* In case the premises are not located in Odessa, Ukraine
** Relevant for "Decoration", "Renovation", "Full" projects. Or color 3D drawings for "Working Drawings+"
Any project can be done remotely!
Depending on the area of the premises, a discount is provided for projects:
-10% if the area of the premises is more than 100 sq.m.
-20% if the area of the premises is more than 200 sq.m.
Payment scheme:
Layout Plan and Working Drawings
Payment in 2 stages:
1. Advance payment = 70%
2. Payment of the completed project = 30%
Project "Full"
Payment in 3 stages:
1. Advance payment = 40%
2. Second payment = 30% (after agreement of stage #2)
3. Payment of the completed project = 30%
